Profile

Hastik: The private collection covers a wide range of portable and stationary consoles as well as home computers plus software. The specific characteristics of this collection are unique handhelds, rare tabletops and an unseen variety of development adaptors or modifications, such as devices for SNES and N64, and flashcards for Virtual Boy, Vectrex and others enriched by an outstandingly big archive of original scene releases.

Jung: The main aspect of this private collection is all types of controllers and user interfaces from the beginning of video games to the present. It features weird asian controllers like samurai swords, fishing rods and other rarities.

Liebeskind: The collection mainly consists of RPGs and adventure games from the 1980s to today for the the systems IBM PC, Commodore, Apple and Atari: 2D, 3D, point&click or just text based. One focus is on the Ultima series where japanese versions play a special role. Furthermore there are many classic games from other topics that once could not be bought with pocket money.

Voigtländer: With this collection childhood dreams came true –most of these games I only knew from catalogues or commercials. These games are the beginning of my electronic life and I think tey got a stone rolling for our society. My personal highlight is from 1983 and quite simple, called “Demon Attack” on the intellivision.
